Solar-Clean operate our website: www.solar-clean.co.uk (‘Site’) and currently provide solar panel installation cleaning services to consumer and commercial customers throughout Scotland and the UK ('Service').
This policy explains how we warrant our service and any other terms of service, including liabilities, with total transparency.
References in this Terms & Conditions of Service Statement to 'we', 'us' and 'our' are to Solar-Clean.
Solar-Clean is a UK based organization providing solar panel installation cleaning services to consumer and commercial customers throughout Scotland and the UK.
As we deliver our mission of cleaning our way to a better future for people through energy efficiency products and services and positively impacting the environment in all areas.
Solar-Clean do not warrant or claim that in carrying out the work that the electricity generating capacity of the Solar Panels will definitely increase, but the intention of the service is that this should be the outcome.
Solar-Clean do not warrant or claim that in carrying out the work that the required on-going maintenance of the Solar Pannels will be reduced, but the intention of the service is that this should be the outcome.
Solar-Clean unequivocally warrants the quality of its work to meet the entire satisfaction of our customers and to provide a quality of service to meet their needs.
In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you must notify us with 10 working days.
If we confirm that the Service was inadequate, Solar-Clean reserves the option to remedy the situation either by means of solving the defect by repeating the work or by means of any other substitute delivery.
Solar-Clean cannot except an any other losses not part of our work, including 3rd party or other customers items, for claims, damages, liabilities, expenses and costs attributable to any negligence as part of this warranty.
The Solar-Clean responsibility in the case of violation of obligations and tort shall be limited to intent and gross negligence.
Only in the case of a breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations), should Solar-Clean be liable in case of slight negligence.
In any case, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable, contractually typical damages to the value of the contract or the work carried out.

Solar-Clean takes no accountability or responsibility for any damages caused due to a breach of data loss.
